IT Technician
Location: 6th of October City, Egypt | Type: Full-time
We are looking for an IT Technician to support and maintain our company’s computer systems, networks, and hardware across our offices and production facility. The ideal candidate is a reliable problem-solver who can keep our systems running smoothly day to day.
Responsibilities include:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and networks
- Providing technical support to staff and troubleshooting IT issues
- Maintaining network security and data backups
- Supporting office and production-floor IT equipment
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar technical support role
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
